PRIVACY:
All credit card transactions are process at the PayPal secure web site. We do not retrieve, store, manage or sell any personal financial information from any transactions or customers.

SHIPPING POLICIES:
Items that are in stock will normally ship same business day as long as payment is verified, and order is placed prior to 3:00pm Eastern time. We will notify you via email order tracking information where applicable. Items that are in backorder for more then (7) business days will be given the option to cancel. Backorder items will be filled on a first come first serve basis. Unless otherwise noted, all orders are shipped normal ground service 2 to 7 days* starting at a flat fee of $11.95 within the continental United States only. *Excludes weekends and holidays.

DAMAGES:
All products shipped from our web site are insured. If you receive a damaged package, save the packaging and contact us at rma@zalezauto.com within 72hrs to file a damage claim. We will follow up with further instructions from the shipping company. All damage claims will be void if the item have been tampered, used, altered in any manner or form, or have missing or damaged parts, due to customer negligence, abuse or improper installation. Failure to notify us within 72hrs may forfeit your right to a damage claim.

RETURNS:
Returns are accepted within fourteen days of purchase. Please contact us at rma@zalezauto.com assuming that the item is in its original packaging and is unopened has not been tampered, used, altered in any manner or form, or have missing or damaged parts due to customer's negligence, abuse or improper installation. In the case of our error, we will exchange the product at no additional cost to purchaser or credit the cost of the item to the original payment method. Except in the case of our error, We will refund the sales price minus a twenty percent restocking fee and customer is responsible for all additional freight charges. All returns will be denied if a return authorization number is not included with the product. Clearly display the RMA number on the return shipping label. Do not write the RMA number on the original product package. Unauthorized customer returns, or returns that are not shipped, packaged or delivered correctly, will not be 'tracked down' and are not the responsibility of Zalez Automotive Accessories.

CANCELLATION:
All Sales are considered final upon shipment from either the supplier or Zalez Automotive Accessories. To cancel an unshipped order, please contact us M-F 8-5pm Eastern time at rma@zalezauto.com. Some specialty items or special-custom orders are not cancelable under any circumstances.

WARRANTY:
Where applicable, please follow the manufacturers instructions to register your equipment immediately, to ensure you products are covered under their specific warranty guidelines and conditions. All defective products are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Contact them directly for directions on handling repairs or replacements.
